Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (hair wigs), we accept returns only if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
- The wig has been worn, installed, cut, or altered
- The lace has been cut
- The product shows signs of use or damage
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5β10 business days for processing
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing may have already begun.
