Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information after shipment.

RodAna is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the tracking information and assist with the carrier when applicable.
